Introduction
Most travellers need a visitor visa to travel to Canada. Reason to travel can be anything such as Visit as Tourist, Meet family, Transit through Canada, Business purpose etc. A visitor visa (also called a temporary resident visa) is an official document that you meet the requirements needed to enter Canada or you have given right to enter the Canada. Most visitors can stay for up to 6 months in Canada.
Here is the list of documents (not-exclusive) required for Visitors Visa:
- Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
- Three passport size Photograph (only white background)
- Copy of Income Tax Papers for last 3 years
- Bank Statement for last 6 months updated with bank seal and signature
- Proof of Occupation
- Proof of Employment (employment certificate/NOC)
- Pay slip of last 6 months
- In case applicant is the Proprietor / Owner of the Company, attach Cover letter on company’s letter head
- Company’s Original 3 Months Bank Statement
- Company’s Memorandum and Certificate of Incorporation/ Partnership Deed/ Business Establishment License or Proprietorship Proof, as per the case
- If the applicant is Retired, then Proof of Retirement, Pension Statements for the last 3 months; Proof of Regular Income Generated by Ownership of Property or Business
- Proof of Vaccination
- Family Information
